Pros and cons of Green Fingers app for iPhone and iPad

Green Fingers app good for

I only wish you had "lives" so you dont lose everything with one mistake! Great game otherwise!
Its such a simple game, but it seems its the simple games that are among the most difficult to out down. The only thing I wish would change, like everyone else said, was that you get lives. But otherwise honestly Ive had this game for over a year now and I still love it!
This is a nice new game by No Monkeys, the developers of Alphabetic (which I highly recommend, BTW). The goal of the game is to line up appropriately tagged flowerpots with the corresponding item falling from the sky, such as water, sun, and seeds. The player simply taps the first flowerpot, it highlights, and then when a second flowerpot is tapped, they swap positions. Each correct hit provides points, which can be increased by quick hits in succession into the same pot, tapping the falling item (speeding its descent), and by finishing multiple flowers simultaneously. The game is fairly polished; it has OpenFeint support, player statistics, a tutorial, and 15 achievements. The graphics are good; the background has a subtle animation, which adds a lot and is not obvious from the screenshots. The difficulty seems to scale up pretty well, as it can get pretty hectic with multiple, stacked drops coming at you and new pots/symbols being placed into the play field. My only complaint so far is that the game ends with just one mis-plant and it feels very abrupt. I would much prefer a scheme like Scoops, in which you get three chances, before the game ends. All in all, I like it. The theme is fresh, the gameplay is compelling, and the difficulty scales well. Ill have to put more time into it, to see if it has staying power, but Im looking forward to it. This one is worth the buck.
I found myself trying to beat my score over and over again. This game is very addicting. Quality is great. Not your average iPhone game that has lousy graphics that you only want to play once. Hopefully No Monkeys will continue to create fun games like this.
Your primary objective is to line up the pots so theyre ready for the appropriate falling item, mess this up only once and the game ends (if the pot now needs sun and you dump in another bag of dirt, you lose). Only if it were that simple! Once a pot has received its bag of dirt youll need to have it line up with one of the seed packets appearing at the bottom of the playfield. If you look at that seed packet not only will you see what the eventual flower will look like but what it will take to make it bloom (some just need a drop of water, others might need just some sun, while others might be some combination of sun, water, and or other elements). Fulfill these needs and a flower is born. The items falling from above will ALWAYS be needed by something below (at least as far as Ive seen) so you shouldnt have to worry too much about useless items being dropped on you. If you have the right pot all lined up for the item and want to speed things up a bit for bonus points, simply tap on the falling object to have it suddenly zip right down. Another way to big bonus points is working it so multiple flowers are blooming on screen at the same time. There is also something about a speed bonus if you manage to drop a few requested items into a pot very quickly but I have yet to pull this off. As the game progresses there are more items falling simultaneously, faster, and the flowers appear to have more complex needs to bloom. Good fun and VERY polished!
I really love this app. You are never done with this great app. It is very addictive

Some bad moments

I hate this game. I thought that you get to grow plants but no. Is there a way that I can get my money back because I did not see that there was a light version. PLEASE If there is a way to return games please tell me!!!!!!! :( I am crying because I spent my money on a bad game. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please write something under this to try to help me.
This is a clever and simple game, but its not easy. I find myself being more frustrated than anything. If theres any sort of strategy I havent figured it out. Im at level 8 and have yet to see a pattern or anything. Unlike games like Angry Birds, where you can try different things to find what works, this game is all about mashing buttons and not that fun at all.
