This is a nice new game by No Monkeys, the developers of Alphabetic (which I highly recommend, BTW). The goal of the game is to line up appropriately tagged flowerpots with the corresponding item falling from the sky, such as water, sun, and seeds. The player simply taps the first flowerpot, it highlights, and then when a second flowerpot is tapped, they swap positions. Each correct hit provides points, which can be increased by quick hits in succession into the same pot, tapping the falling item (speeding its descent), and by finishing multiple flowers simultaneously.
The game is fairly polished; it has OpenFeint support, player statistics, a tutorial, and 15 achievements. The graphics are good; the background has a subtle animation, which adds a lot and is not obvious from the screenshots. The difficulty seems to scale up pretty well, as it can get pretty hectic with multiple, stacked drops coming at you and new pots/symbols being placed into the play field. My only complaint so far is that the game ends with just one mis-plant and it feels very abrupt. I would much prefer a scheme like Scoops, in which you get three chances, before the game ends.
All in all, I like it. The theme is fresh, the gameplay is compelling, and the difficulty scales well. Ill have to put more time into it, to see if it has staying power, but Im looking forward to it. This one is worth the buck.
